Growth disorders

Growth disorders, mainly growth deficits, are a frequent issue of pediatric endocrinology. Problem confused with low growth, included in the definition of physiology. Issues requiring careful diagnosis and long observation. Excessive growth in children is much less common. Most often it is family-dependent, but it can be a harbinger of many genetic, endocrine and metabolic diseases.
